Someone is available to talk to from open to close to ensure you have your questions and needs answered. After hours and on weekends we have trained pediatric triage nurses from OU Medical Center who can answer any questions or concerns about your child. Just call our number and you will be connected. They notify us of your call by faxing us the information.

Appointments

Caring Pediatrics takes pride in offering a range of providers and appointment times to accommodate your schedule. Please call our office to schedule any appointments and our front desk staff will accommodate your desired time to the best of their ability. If you are running late or need to reschedule, please contact our office as soon as possible.

Insurance and Billing

Payment Options

All deductibles, cost shares, co-insurances and copays are due at time of service. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please contact our Billing Financial Coordinator, Shari, at (405) 833-2424 for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement.

For self pay patients, we offer a 20% discount to patients that pay with credit/debit cards, we offer a 25% discount to patients that pay with cash/check. This discount is only applicable if paying for service completely at time of service. If payment cannot be collected at time of service, payment arrangement can be made, but 100% of charges will be due.
